Wallace Gao,GM of Career International was invited to attend “Optimization of HR Supply Chain Management” Round Table Discussion in Shangahi. This roundtable was held by Bisearch Group.almost 40 participants whom are the HR Director/Managers from the Multinational company, part of the supplier in the supply chain -recruiting/search firm, training company, C&B firm were invloved.

The optimization of HR supply chain will help company obtain and keep stable, enduring competitiveness, and then improve the whole competitiveness of the whole supply chain. The key of Optimizing HR supply chain is to have thorough information sharing among the companies in each tache of the supply chain; to have an open info sharing, it’s not an easy task for the company with different business objective, especially when one client cooperate with several competitors, it’s even harder to put “info sharing” into practice.
