Johnson & Johnson Medical China, founded in 1994, is a wholly foreign owned enterprise of Johnson & Johnson in China. They are mainly engaged in providing a comprehensive range of products and services in the focus areas of Wound Closure and Management, Minimally Invasive Surgery, Circulatory Disease Management, Musculo-Skeletal Disease Management, Women’s Health, Diabetes Care and Ortho-diagnostic.

Updated all requisitions and candidate information into Honeywell’s talent management system, enabling extensive reporting.
Career International worked with global and China staffing teams in an extensive communications and transition program to educate HR Mangers and Hiring Mangers of our new relationship. Ongoing effort as we continually expand services and scope.
Implemented a consistent framework for managing multiple external vendors.

Re-engineered the recruitment workflow, outlining the roles and responsibilities of all key persons, as well as the agreed service level to work from.

Abstract: Career International began working with Capgemini on February 2007; our role was to provide the client with sufficient candidates through Sourcing Service.
