Program Description

The Career International Trainee Program attracts high-potential, fresh graduates to join its talent pool. Within 6-12 months, the trainees receive systematic and comprehensive training on the business and processes, human resources knowledge, professionalism and leadership. They will rotate in various departments in Career International and finally apprentice on-the-job in regional offices throughout China. After successful program completion, the trainees become Associate Consultant and can grow to a position as Consultant orSenior Consultant. This makes for an excellent foundation for their career path in Career International.

Training contents at a glance:
  • Culture and Behavior: Corporate culture, team building. "Transition From Students to Professionals"
  • Services and Process:vocational training as recruitment professional; Searching and communication skills; Human resources knowledge etc.
  • Rotation in various departments in Career International in Beijing: C-Level Search, Managerial Search, Mass Recruitment, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Staffing Services etc.
  • Real tasks are given to individuals as well as to teams during the department rotation training. Competition and teamwork are essential.
  • Building up communication and leadership competency: social ability, communication skills, teamwork mentality

Targeting positions:

Researcher, Associate Consultant.
Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Suzhou, Hangzhou.
The trainees will not be assigned to a specific job position when just starting. They will be relocated after the 6-12 months training. Applicants shall state their choice for relocation or they shall be flexible in relocation.

Major requirement:
  • Bachelor degree or above, major in commercial related area is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates.
  • Also welcome 1-2 years work experience employee whom worked in foreign company.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent.
  • Open-minded, good analysis, communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable on the phone and like to make cold calls.
  • Able to work under pressure, optimistic and passionate, smart and willing to learn.
  • Strong business sense and information collecting skills; good priority management skill as well as time management skill and having ability in self-management.
  • Good in written & spoken English and good computer literacy.

  • Conduct the pro-active search as to different functions.
  • Set target list for each case including corporation information for the special industries.
  • Make cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates.
  • Arrange face to face interview between candidates.
  • Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements.
  • Be responsible for conducting paper work.;
  • Data entry and maintain database.
  • Get involved in other relevant responsibilities.
